How do I clean my canvas?
The canvases are quite durable and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc. You can dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas is damaged and needs deeper cleaning you may try a damp cloth. If the canvas gets nicked and loses ink in a certain areas it can be touched up with felt-tip markers or paint.

Will my finished canvas look like the image on my computer screen?
Every device screen displays images differently. Unless you have a profiled monitor, it may not display accurate colors. Every screen displays images differently and may differ from what the final printed product looks like.

Do your not framed canvases include a wrap size?
Yes, our rolled canvas come with extra 5cm wide mirrored boarder on each side for  wrap depth of 2~4cm.
 
Why Do My Canvases Look Weird (Mirrored Looking)?

The side parts are made for framing purpose, they are not printed with errors. There are small lines at 4 corners of the canvases,  extra 5cm wide border is reserved on each side. When you fold these canvases according to the line, you will see the canvas is complete and fine. 

If I order framed canvases, is the size I order the print or the finished product?The size you order will be what is printed and seen on the front of the canvas. Extra boarders reserved for framed.

What Is The Difference Between Unframed And Framed Canvas?

Unframed Canvas: HD Printed Print Only, NOT finished with wooden frame , safely rolled after packaging.
Framed Canvas: Already framed up with hook mounted on frame back, ready to hang.

When Will My Order Shipped?
Your orders are usually processed and shipped within 3~5 days after you made a purchase. After your order get shipped out, you can request your tracking number via contact us. 

Where Can I Track My Order?
Once you receive your tracking number, you can track your order on our sites HERE by simply applying the tracking number into that little box. 

My Item Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do? Where Is My Order?

Can I split my order up and ship it to different locations?
We are unable to ship your order to different locations on the same order. If you need to ship canvases to multiple locations, separate orders will have to be placed. If you need help doing this, please contact us.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Customers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days after receipt of the order. You must provide a detailed description of any fault, damages on your parcel together with photo evidence and contact us immediately. Once we has reviewed this information, a refund will be made based on the evidence provided by the customer. 
NOTE:  You must send back unwanted items at your own expense. 

How Can I Cancel Or Amend My Order?
You only cancel or amend your order before it is shipped, normally within 24 hours after placing your order. Please contact us for cancel or amend it.

What Happends When I Cancel A Purchase?
When you cancel an order, we will stop our process on your order (please notify us within 24 hours after placing your order). Once we make the refund, there will be different timeline for different payment methods. For customers paying by Paypal, your money will be back immediately. For other payment methods, it might take 5 - 7 business days depending on your bank.
