Not Framed (Without Frames): It is just the prints on canvas without any wooden frame. The canvas will be un-stretched, rolled with a tube.
Framed (With Frames): A canvas is already stretched on a wooden frame and ready to hang. All you need to do is just to hang the canvas on the wall.
Package for Shipping:
Not framed: All panels rolled with a tube for shipping, if buy "Not Framed".
Framed: Each panel in one plastic bag with 4 corner protections, each set item in one carton box for shipping, if buy "Framed".
Normal shipping takes 2 ~ 4 weeks.

How much does delivery cost?
As part of our low price commitment, shipping is completely free for all orders in Countries we listed in cart.
And we don't penalise if you live in a regional area - you get free shipping just like our metro-loving friends.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes we can ship to PO boxes. We're more than happy to deliver to your company or work address too.
Who will deliver my parcel?
We use Post Office for delivery. In this case, it may be possible to request that your parcel be picked up from the local Post Office.
How long does delivery take?
From the moment you click 'order' it usually takes about 2~4 weeks for delivery, depending on exactly where you live. If you're wondering about the status of your order, we offer a tracking service for your convenience.
What if my print is damaged in transit?
Although our prints are carefully packaged for shipping, we also fully insure them during the shipping process. So if yours arrives a little bumped or bruised please don't hesitate to Contact Us. Our friendly support team will organise a replacement immediately.
Although we are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate that sometimes it is necessary to return an item. We aim to make this as easy as possible for you as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please note these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Customers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days after receipt of the order.
NOTE: You must send back unwanted items at your own expense.
* Unwanted Goods
If you had a change of heart, simply return your print to us within 7 days of the date on which you received it and we will exchange or replace your print for another one of your choice (to the same value). The print needs to be in an 'as new' condition and complete with all original packaging. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you wish to proceed with a return, please contact us by email and we will advise you on the next steps.
As you will remain responsible for the goods until they reach us, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned.
If a product is returned to us that is not in 'as new' condition, we reserve the right to return the product to you.
** Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a print from us which is faulty or damaged, we will replace it without charge and without quibbling. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and our team will be happy to assist. You must provide a detailed description of any fault, damages on your parcel together with photo evidence and contact us immediately. Once we has reviewed this information, a refund or a free replacement will be made based on the evidence provided by the customer.
